Delivery

We offer shipping within mainland UK. We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 2 working days of ordering. Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks to complete, see individual listing for full details. Items are sent by Royal Mail tracked and where necessary, signed for. If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us to discuss prior to ordering

Returns

We are a small company and we work hard to provide the best possible service to you, and to ensure that you will be delighted with your purchase from us.

Ready-made garments

If you need to return your ready made item for a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from the date received to let us know, via email. Returned items must be as new, unworn, unmarked and with tags. You will be sent a confirmation email with a reference code please include this, along with your full name, You will be responsible for the cost of your returns, we suggest you send your return tracked and insured. Made to Order, Bespoke or custom orders

Made to order, bespoke or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Please ensure you check sizing before ordering so no mistakes are made. If there are any problems with your order, please email me and I will advise you of the next steps.
