This Millie Blouse is giving off strawberries and Cream vibes, with a mix of flowers and love hearts you truly have a one of a kind top.

A beautiful white cotton, elbow length puff sleeves with red love hearts  and elastic cuff. Front tie fastening in a mix of love heart and floral ties. Floral cotton, round neck bodice and floral cotton blend ruffle.

Either wear as it is, or over a vest or tank top and in the cooler months it works perfectly over a turtle neck. Great paired with jeans, denim shorts, worn over dresses or with floaty skirts.
